9.2 Medication Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to medications that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety regulations.
10. Cancellation by Meds 365
10.1 Reasons for Cancellation:
From time to time, we may need to cancel the provision of our services before they begin for one of the following reasons:
10.1.1 An event outside our control.
10.1.2 Unavailability of a partner or product required to provide the service.
10.2 Notification of Cancellation:
If we need to cancel a service, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible.
10.3 Refund or Credit:
If we cancel a service and you have already made a payment, but the prescribed medications or services have not yet been provided, you may choose either a full refund or a credit for the full amount.
10.4 Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance:
We may cancel your service request with immediate effect if:
10.4.1 You fail to make payment when due; or
10.4.2 You breach these Terms and Conditions and fail to remedy the breach within seven (7) days of receiving written notice or earlier if reasonably required.
10.5 Provision of Information:
We may request confidential or legally protected information, such as details of your health condition, to provide our services. If you fail to provide the required information or provide false, misleading, or incomplete details, we reserve the right to suspend service provision and not dispense prescribed medications. We are not liable for delays or non-performance in such cases and are not obliged to offer a refund or credit.

We reserve the right to deny you access to our website or cease providing our services, including deleting your account and data with immediate effect, if we determine that you have violated our terms of use or behaved inappropriately. This includes:

13. Delivery of Prescribed Medications
13.1 Medication Delivery:
Prescription medications will be delivered directly to an address of your choice. You will be informed of any delivery costs, as well as the expected delivery time and date.
13.2 Invoicing for Medications:
Prescription medications will be charged per item at the price displayed on our website at the time of issuance.
13.3 Order Detail Changes:
Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made to the delivery or billing address, as the prescription cannot be amended.
13.4 Returned Orders:
If your package is returned to us—either through rejection by the delivery service or by your courier without prior approval from customer service—your order will be destroyed. Under such circumstances, no refunds or credits will be issued.

To protect against unauthorized card use, we may conduct identity checks. For this purpose, the personal data you provide may be shared with credit reference agencies. No credit check will be performed, and your credit score will not be affected.
